The Devils Lake Chamber Announces a New Sponsor to the Walleye Tournament

The 40th annual Devils Lake Chamber walleye tournament just got bigger! The Devils Lake Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the addition of Ranger Boats to the tournament line up with their Ranger Cup program. Ranger Boats will pay the winner $1,000, if they are Ranger Cup qualified at the tournament held in June. The Ranger Cup is another addition to the great line up of sponsors to the walleye tournament.

Troy Morris, Ranger Boats Regional Sales Rep stated, “The annual Devils Lake Chamber Walleye Tournament is a community event that attracts anglers to test their skills on one of the top world class fisheries in the Midwest. All team members will receive a Cabela’s jacket, and will be eligible for daily big fish and other prizes.

Paula Vistad, Executive Director of the Devils Lake Area Chamber of Commerce stated, “Sponsors are a critical part of any fishing tournament.  When I started working on the Chambers Walleye Fishing Tournament I could only dream of someday having the sponsors that we do today.  Devils Lake is fortunate to have a community that stands behind its tournament, and it has now for 40 years.  It has just been in the last couple years we have picked up several new sponsors.  Ranger Boats is one of our newest sponsors and we couldn’t be happier to have Ranger on board with us.  Ranger is a company that we are proud to be presenting at our 40th Annual Walleye Fishing Tournament and we look forward to partnering with Ranger in years to come.”
